SuperPay

Access required

The SuperPay API is enabled per account. Contact support@superdispatch.com to request access.

After getting access to SuperPay, setup should be completed in Shipper TMS to activate SuperPay. The KYB process and bank account verification are required for the setup.

Automatic and Manual Flow

SuperPay is set to automatic flow by default. It can be changed to manual flow in the Shipper TMS -> SuperPay settings page.

The flow controls how payments are initiated:

automatic - automatically initiated or scheduled by Super Dispatch after delivery according to payment terms

manual - started by shipper after manual delivery verification Mark as delivery verified
