Get carrier details from Super Dispatch Carrier Database

GET 
/carriers/:guid

This endpoint only returns the carrier details if the carrier guid exists in Super Dispatch Carrier Database. Internal carriers that are manually created on Shipper TMS (or via API) cannot be returned by this endpoint. Use another endpoint to get an internal carrier by guid. A new carrier is created automatically when a load offer is sent to the carrier.
