Get insurance details for an order

/orders/:guid/insurance

Returns the Shipper's Interest insurance state for an order, along with a personal link to the insurance portal where the policy can be reviewed, purchased, or claimed.

This endpoint is read-only. It reports the draft policies that already exist; it does not create them. personal_link stays null until a draft exists, so call Sync insurance policy first for an order that has never been quoted.
